Digital VET 4 all

co-existing in the digital era

The ongoing changes in Vocational Education and Training are demanding different kinds of support mechanisms for teaching staff, including the need for digital competences to integrate digital technologies in teaching.

Our aim is to increase teachers’ competence by increasing their digital readiness and by helping them to use technology in new and innovative ways to support their students’ learning.

We emphasise inclusion and that digital teaching methods are accessible to all students.

Our aim is to bring European VET teachers together online to co-create and co-experiment innovative practices when developing digital learning and teaching material.

At the same time, we foster and increase the confidence and wellbeing of VET teachers and help them share their doubts and concerns by experimenting new possibilities together with peers.

Project objectives and outcomes

Our aim is to bring European VET teachers together online to experiment, create and share virtual and digital experiences and practices.

We offer teachers in VET from different disciplines across Europe a chance to co-create and co-experiment innovative practices when developing digital learning and teaching material that develop the students’ vocational skills and key competences for lifelong learning.

We foster and increase the confidence and wellbeing of VET teachers and to help them share their doubts and concerns by experimenting new possibilities together with peers.

We develop and pilot a new approach to hybrid mobilities in VET by introducing different virtual elements, such as virtual preparation and coaching of participants online goal discussions together with the receiving companies/organisations constant communication with the participants during their mobility periods via virtual/online toolsconducting the final evaluation discussion between the participants, sending institution and receiving company/organisation via online tools to all stages of physical mobility of VET learners and staff alike.
